Taking in the Good

What I love most about meditation is the ability to become fully aware of the thoughts, ruminations, and feelings that pop up again and again. With MLL season in full swing, the FIL World Championships looming, and my travel/work/training schedule jam-packed, I’ve noticed that my meditation sessions are noisier than usual – I find myself fixating on one or two stressors, oscillating between them, for the duration of the 5- or 10-minute session.
